Spinning is more than a workout--it's a comprehensive training program comprised of training sessions, designed to fit into a preiodization schedule. Each session has a specific purpose and is carefully designed and timed to energize, challenge and empower students to achieve their health and fitness goals. Our small class size helps us to be able to give students individual attention and to tailor the classes to the needs of the students. Rates:
Please bring a towel and water bottle to classes.
Each class will last about 1 hour which includes setup, a ride lasting about 40 min, followed by post-ride stretches. We encourage students to let us know their goals so we can help them achieve their goals. We have ten Giant Tempo indoor exercise bikes that we use for Spinning classes. The bikes are equipped with pedals that can be used with cycling (SPD compatible) shoes or regular shoes. Comfortable workout clothes, a water bottle and a sense of adventure are all you need to get started.
